This video does an incredible job of showing us how to tap and uses no words at all! Just tap along with the creature as they start to feel more calm and safe.

Meditation

My personal favorite guided meditations are from "The Honest Guys" Middle Earth Series. This one is entitled "Party in The Shire". It has a lot of great imagery and sensory information. 

Body Scan

Check out this body scan meditation to try to connect your body and mind. This will help you stay mindful and present. 

Vagus Nerve Exercise
