5,4,3,2,1! What are 5 things you can see? What are 4 things you can feel? What are 3 things you can hear? What are 2 things you can smell? What is one thing you can taste? If your sensory information is not good or is boring, change it up! Step outside or create a safety fort.
Animals can be very healing. If you are lucky enough to have one, pet them and notice how they feel. Are they soft, furry, feathery, whiskery, or slimly?
